The Pointe Falls Philosophy is that planning is key to total satisfaction. Our goal...to create a community you'll want to enjoy day after day, year after year. We started by choosing the ideal location, the fabulous north shore on Lake Erie.

We lovingly restored what Mother Nature had originally created in our nature preserve, giving our Community a breathtaking focal point. An observation deck is situated in the center of Pointe Falls shoreline where one can enjoy all of the surrounding natural beauty. We designed walking trails throughout the Community to provide the perfect place to take a leisurely stroll and watch the many birds that inhabit the area.

Along with this we added a Community Center with all the trimmings, including a pool. Pointe Falls has a private tennis court, a play area for kids of all ages, a waterfall and ponds, boat docks, beaches, gazebos, and picnic areas all wrapped up with a gorgeous gated entryway. Pointe Falls Community invites you to come and see for yourself...Nature at its grandest; living at its best!

Pointe Falls Community Center is open to residents and their guests along with the outdoor swimming pool which looks out onto the Pointe Falls Estuary.
